1. About this tool

SARI Shorts Poster (the "Tool") is a private software tool operated by Sarino Chuman (the "Operator"). The Tool publishes videos created by the Operator to the Operator's own TikTok account through the TikTok Content Posting API.

2. Users

The Tool is used solely by the Operator. It is not offered to the public, and no account can be created by anyone other than the Operator.

3. Content

All videos and captions posted through the Tool are created and owned by the Operator, who is responsible for their compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. The Tool does not generate, alter, or redistribute content from other creators.

4. TikTok

Use of the Tool is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Terms. The Operator may disconnect the Tool from TikTok at any time from the TikTok app (Settings → Security & permissions → Apps and services).

5. Disclaimer

The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Operator assumes all risk arising from its use.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
